My previous experience has prepared me for the challenges of EUCAP Sahel Mali.
Gilda was confident that she could contribute effectively to the mission’s objectives. “My previous experience has prepared me for the challenges of EUCAP Sahel Mali.”, she says. “I thrive in multicultural and high-pressure environments, and I am eager to apply my expertise in the IT field where I can make a direct impact. Working on this mission has been both a professional challenge and a meaningful opportunity to contribute to a cause I deeply care about.”
Apply even if you don’t meet 100% of the criteria.
Gilda’s advice for those who would like to work in a Mission or are planning to apply is “Believe in yourself! More women are taking leadership positions in EU missions than ever before. Apply even if you don’t meet 100% of the criteria – mission work values adaptability and field experience.” She also advises to be resilient and adaptable. “Mission environments can be challenging, but they also offer incredible personal and professional growth.”
