The island commune of Nhon Chau in the central Binh Binh province of Vietnam can now access to the national electricity grid by submarine power cables thanks to an EU-funded project. The submarine cables expanding the national grid to Nhon Chau Island is a success story of the cooperation among the EU, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Electricity of Vietnam and local authorities.
