The European Union Office in Kosovo is seeking proposals to empower civil society organisations and tobsupport their efforts to promote, protect, and ensure the full enjoyment of human rights in the context of digital transformation in Kosovo with financial assistance from the Human Rights & Democracy thematic programme, Country Based Support Scheme.
