HR/VP Josep Borrell visited Ghana, a key partner furthering democracy and regional stability. HR/VP has reaffirmed EU's commitment to security in Africa, including by handing-over 105 military vehicles to Ghana's Armed Forces as part of €20 million support to benefit the region.
