The European External Action Service (EEAS) must publish an annual list of contracts on its internet site for certain categories of contracts, as defined in the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the EU and its Rules of Application. This list is published by 30 June of the following year and includes contracts for the EEAS Headquarters and all EU Delegations.
