Jean-Claude Juncker attends the Commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda on 7 April 2019. His visit is the testimony of the strong and lasting European Union support to Rwanda in the rehabilitation of the country and towards the reconciliation of its society.
