All persons travelling from any country for an essential or non-essential reason should have tested negative for COVID-19 in a PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before.
In addition, member states may require self-isolation or quarantine for a period of up to 14 days, as well as further COVID-19 testing as needed during the same period.

Study Programmes
The EU has developed a number of programmes to encourage the mobility of students, teachers and researchers and the exchange of information and best practice.
Erasmus+
Erasmus+ is the EU's programme for supporting education, training, youth and sport in Europe. Set to last until 2020, its budget of €14.7 billion will provide opportunities for over 4 million Europeans to study, train, gain experience and volunteer abroad. It also promotes the EU as a global centre of excellence by supporting inter-university EU Master’s Degree courses and funding scholarships for non-EU participants.
Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions
The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, implemented under the Seventh Framework Programme FP7, strengthen international partnerships and research collaboration by promoting the mobility and career development of researchers.
