The Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Finance is a part of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA). URA is a comprehensive technical assistance programme deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine. 

Currently, the RST is expanding and seeking 4 qualified specialists for the following positions:

• Senior Project Manager on Improvement of International Financial Cooperation Process
• Senior Project Manager / Legal Advisor on Improvement of International Financial Cooperation Process
• Senior Project Manager on improvement of budgeting at the local level
• Senior Project Manager on the audit of measures set out in the Ukraine Plan

The initial consultancy assignment is expected to start in March 2025. Duration of the assignment is subject to the availability of project funding and the consultant's performance.
