The envelopes shall be marked as follows: All interested parties shall submit a bid stating the proposed amount in KRW, name, address and telephone number in a SEALED envelope. Opened or not well-closed envelopes will not be accepted. Only one bid per person/legal entity in an envelope is accepted.

By sending a bid, the successful bidder agrees to buy the car on an "as is" basis without any warranty. All expenses related to the transfer of ownership, registration, insurance, tax or duties and any other expense are to be borne by the bidder. Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Korea (“the Delegation”) will not accept any responsibility or liability for the vehicles after the sale. The Delegation reserves the right to halt or cancel the sale at any stage prior to payment.

The vehicle is available for inspection on Friday, 6 December 2024, from 14:00 to 16:00 at the car parking space at Seoul Square. Bidders shall send an email to [email protected] at the latest on Wednesday, 4 December 2024 to know the time that is allocated by the Delegation to each of them for the inspection. The car has been maintained on a regular basis. Bidders willing to see the car shall come with an identification document (i.e. driver’s license, passport).

Deadline for the submission of bids: Wednesday, 11 December 2024, at 17:00 hrs.

No telephone enquiries will be accepted.

The car will be sold to the bidder offering the highest price.

Payment conditions: 100% prepayment by bank transfer within one week after the notification to the successful bidder. After receipt of the payment, the car will be ready for the hand over within two weeks.
