The EU is stepping up its military capacity to respond to a security crisis. The EU’s annual Crisis Management Military Exercise includes for the first time a live exercise, with 2,800 personnel from EU Member States, to be held tomorrow in Cadiz, with the participation of HR/VP Josep Borrell.
