The European Commission is seeking proposals for strengthening civil society organisations (CSOs) as independent actors of good governance and development. The objective of the action is to increase civic space  and to enhance an inclusive, participatory, empowered and independent civil society as well as to foster gender equality and women’s rights in Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar. The selected proposal/s will benefit from co-funding from the EU Thematic Programme for Civil Society (NDICI CSO/2021/043-480) & the “Gender Transformative Action in Tanzania: Breaking the Glass Ceiling” (NDICI 2021/043-327).
