Bilateral trade and Investment
The EU is Brazil's second-biggest trading partner, accounting for 16% of its total trade, and Brazil is the EU’s eleventh trading partner. The EU is the leading foreign investor in Brazil, creating quality jobs in many sectors of the Brazilian economy. In 2020, the EU direct investment stock in Brazil reached € 263 billion, nearly 49.5% of total foreign investment stock in the country.
