Different ways to an easier mobility for travelling within the European Union. 

VISA

In 2013, the European Union (EU) and Morocco signed a mobility partnership. The EU members participating in this partnership: Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden. 

The text sets a set of political objectives and provides for initiatives to be put in place to ensure good management of the movement of people. The EU and Morocco will start negotiations on an agreement to facilitate visa granting procedures for certain categories of people, including students, researchers and businessmen/women, and will resume negotiations on readmission of irregular migrants. 

Discussions between Morocco and the EU were initiated in 2015 to facilitate the granting of visas to Moroccan nationals. 

Entry Visas to Morocco and Schengen Visas

Nationals of EU member countries are exempt from VISA requirements for entry into Morocco.

Schengen Visas 

Moroccan nationals who want to travel to the Schengen area must apply for a Schengen VISA at the embassy or consulate general of the country concerned.

To Study

Erasmus+ 

Erasmus+ is the European Union's program for education, training, youth and sport. Between 2014 and 2020, it provided four million people with opportunities to study, train and gain life experience abroad. 

The Erasmus + program is not limited to students. It brings together seven previous programs and is aimed at a wide range of people and organizations. 

The Erasmus + program guide provides detailed information on the possibilities offered, as well as on the admission criteria. There is also an indicative guide to the funding available for certain centralized actions.
