The Mission EUAM RCA focused particularly on the interoperability of the various forces mobilised inside and outside the prison for crisis management. Firemen, elements of the Internal Security Forces and blue helmets took part in order to enable the interoperability of the different forces.

EUAM RCA and MINUSCA support the Ministry of Justice in the regular organisation of exercises to simulate the emergency plan of the Bangui and Bimbo prisons.

"These simulations allow important lessons to be learned both in terms of the coordination of intervention units in the field and the prevention of violations of detainees' rights," summarises the strategic adviser on interoperability with the prison administration of EUAM RCA.
