The Deputy Chief of the EU EOM Mozambique 2024 Margarida Alves summarises the main moments of her visit to Pemba (Cabo Delgado), 22-24 September.

During her visit, the Deputy Chief Observer met with representatives of political parties, electoral bodies, civil society and the media, as well as the team of Long-Term Observers deployed in Pemba from 13 de Setembro.
