The SCSI convened a series of workshops and sessions on the topic of early recovery, aimed at developing an initial conceptual framework for Syrian early recovery and its determinants, serving as an initial structure to outline a standardized framework that garners consensus from a broad spectrum of Syrian civil society. Those workshops and sessions constituted the foundation used to develop a policy brief. This side event brings together stakeholders to discuss this definition.
