Quo Vadis Europa is a course on the future of the European Union that will take place at the Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo (UIMP) in Santander between August 21 and 25, 2023, directed by the HR/VP Josep Borrell.

Political leaders from EU Member States, Ukraine and other candidate countries, MEPs, university professors and experts on the most relevant geopolitical issues will take part in the course.

Quo Vadis Europa is an opportunity to deepen at the highest level the positioning of the EU as a global actor, its contribution to the security of Europe and its relations with the US, China and other regions of the world and strategic actors.
