By sending a bid, the successful bidder agrees to buy the car on an "as is" basis without any warranty. All expenses related to the transfer of ownership, registration, insurance, tax or duties and any other expense are to be borne by the bidder. The Office of the European Union to Hong Kong and Macao (“the Office”) will not accept any responsibility or liability for the vehicles after the sale. The Office reserves the right to halt or cancel the sale at any stage prior to payment.

The vehicle is available for inspection on Friday, 10 September 2021, from 14:00 to 16:00 at the car parking space at Champion Tower in Central. Bidders shall send an email to [email protected] at the latest on Thursday, 9 September 2021 to know the time that is allocated by the Office to each of them for the inspection. The car has been maintained on a regular basis. Bidders willing to see the car shall come with an identification document (i.e. HKID card).

Deadline for the submission of bids: Wednesday, 15 September 2021, at 17:00 hrs.

No telephone enquiries will be accepted.

The car will be sold to the bidder offering the highest price.

Payment conditions: 100% prepayment by bank transfer or cheque within one week after the notification to the successful bidder. After receipt of the payment, the car will be arrangement for the hand over within one week.
