As part of the EU’s commitment to a negotiated two-state settlement to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, EUBAM Rafah supports the Palestinian General Administration for Borders and Crossings to build capacity. A new, EU-funded Command and Control Centre helps strengthen General Administration for Borders and Crossings (GABC) ability to monitor and control the movement of people and goods.
