The Delegation of the European Union to the United Kingdom intends to launch a middle value procurement procedure to cover the following services:

The Delegation will seek a service provider to design and implement targeted social media campaigns. The campaigns will form part of an integrated marketing strategy, which also includes engagement with traditional media (interviews, briefings, press conferences) and on-going social media engagement (eg. tweets on daily developments). The aim of these social media campaigns is to promote a number of big or high-profile events or specific policy initiatives. The tenderer will work under the instructions of the Head of Press and Public Diplomacy and in coordination with the Press and Public Diplomacy Section.

The EU Delegation intends to establish a framework contract. Service providers with an interest to be invited for this procedure should send an email, by 4 November 2024, mid-day GMT, expressing their interest to the functional mailbox [email protected] indicating “Social media strategy tender” in the subject.
