Major works include but are not limited to the following:

• Roof coverings maintenance;
• Brickwork and masonry around the perimeter of the building;
• Timber sash windows to be repaired from timber defects and flaking paintwork;
• Health and safety items for fire escape structures or access apparatus to be treated against corrosion;
• External plumbing (gutters and downpipes to be repaired for cracks and corrosion and drained).

Works to be commenced in July 2025 and anticipated to take three to four months.

Contractors who wish to be invited to tender should send an email by 5 January 2025 expressing their interest to the functional mailbox: [email protected], indicating “External building major works” in the subject.
