“Inclusion is not a choice, but a must”, under this motto, Ambassador Martin Selmayr hosted on Thursday 31 October 2024, a working breakfast on the EU’s current gender equality strategy with Commissioner Helena Dalli, Responsible for Equality with the participation of Ambassadors at the Holy See and at the UN Organisations in Rome, and also representatives from FAO, WFP and IFAD. The interesting and lively interaction looked at what has been achieved so far and the work ahead on equality within the EU as well as in our joint multilateral and global work.
