The e-Governance Academy (Estonia), within the DT4UA project funded by the European Union, announces a tender for services related to updating, configuring, and providing technical support for the Diia Portal.

Procurement Objective: To provide 24/7 technical support for the Diia Portal software and update and configure the portal to ensure uninterrupted delivery of electronic public services.

Procurement tasks include:

• Configuring the Diia Portal software in case of technical issues such as failures, hardware malfunctions, software defects, cyber incidents, etc.
• Making changes and additions due to legislative updates or operating systems and software updates.
• Updating software products such as the Electronic Services Management Platform, the Diia mobile application, the Electronic Cabinet, the Administrative Services Register, and the Online Monitoring and Service Quality Evaluation System.
• Ensuring cybersecurity and the resilience of individual Diia Portal modules.
