The Recovery and Reform Support Team (RST) at the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine supports the Ministry in the implementation of priority reforms. RST is a part of Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA)* comprehensive technical assistance programme deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.

The Recovery and Reform Support Team (RST) at the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine is seeking a qualified specialist for the position of:

 Submission deadline is 23:59 (Kyiv time) 5 March 2025.

 Potential candidates should submit the following:

  • Reference Letter from a recent supervisor/manager (in English, or Ukrainian with English translation) 
  • Contact details of two further referees who, if contacted, can confirm the candidate's professional and/or educational background.
