The Recovery and Reform Delivery Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is looking for Senior Campaign Manager
The Recovery and Reform Delivery Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is a group of Ukrainian professionals (non-civil servants) funded on a temporary basis through the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture Programme (URA) programme that provides targeted technical support and assists the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the design and implementation of priority reforms.
The Recovery and Reform Delivery Office (RDO) is one of the main cornerstones of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture Programme (URA). It is placed in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and serves as an advisory body to the CMU, coordinating and analysing the processes of reforms implemented by the Ukrainian administration.
The RDO is now opening the competition for the positions of Senior Campaign Manager - European & Euro-Atlantic Integration.
Senior Campaign Manager will provide the following consulting services:

Creating and disseminating communication products on Ukraine’s European and Euro-Atlantic integration, including supporting the management of relevant government online communication resources on European integration (European integration portal, Facebook page, etc.) in coordination with responsible government stakeholders.

Providing inputs to the existing communication strategies on European and Euro-Atlantic integration and relevant communication plans to ensure their effectiveness upon request of the stakeholder (Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration).

Supporting stakeholders in the implementation of communication strategies and plans to increase awareness of the target audience about reforms in the areas of European and Euro-Atlantic integration.

This consultancy assignment is expected to start preferably in June 2024 and has an estimated duration till 31 August 2025. Subject to the availability of funding, the performance of the selected consultant and the specific needs of the RDO and relevant government stakeholders, this appointment may be extended.
