Within the framework of the EU-funded DT4UA project, the e-Governance Academy (Estonia) announces a tender for the purchase of server equipment for the Integrated Interagency Information and Communication System Arkan of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. The equipment is required to upgrade the interoperability module built on the Trembita system.

The procurement involves the acquisition of server equipment that will be used to modernise the system for controlling persons, vehicles and cargo crossing the state border of Ukraine. Main requirements for the equipment:

1. The equipment must be new (manufactured in 2023-2024).
2. The quality of the goods must comply with the state standards of Ukraine.
3. The goods must be original, and legally imported into Ukraine, with warranty support provided by authorised service centres.
4. The tenderer must provide a document from the manufacturer confirming the partnership and the ability to provide the required warranty.
5. The equipment should be delivered within 6 months from the date of signing the contract.

Applications for participation in the tender can be submitted until 12.00, 7 August 2024.
