E-Governance Academy (Estonia), within the framework of the DT4UA project funded by the European Union, announces a tender for the procurement of services for the modernisation and technical support of the Reserve+ Information and Communication System of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

The Reserve+ system includes mobile applications for Android and iOS and is used to interact with the Unified State Register of Conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists, in accordance with Ukraine’s legislation. The purpose of the upgrade is to improve the quality of military records and raise awareness of Ukrainian citizens about military duties, which will help attract more citizens to the Defence Forces.

As part of the procurement, the contractor will provide modernisation and technical support services for the Reserve+ system.

Tender bids will be accepted until 13.00, 9 September 2024.
