Modernisation of the Unified Weapon Registry: Tender Announced
The e-Governance Academy (Estonia), within the DT4UA project funded by the European Union, announces a tender for services to modernise the software of the Unified Weapon Registry (UWR) subsystem of the Unified Information System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The modernisation aims to expand the functional capabilities of the UWR to ensure the creation, storage, verification, and display of documents, extracts, and information on the Diia portal and mobile application. This will enhance control over the circulation of weapons and explosives, prevent theft and loss, and optimise decision-making processes in this domain.
The modernisation of the UWR will:
- Enable integration with Diia and provide the ability to obtain and display firearm-related documents in Diia.
- Automate processes related to the circulation of weapons and explosives.
- Ensure effective state control in the circulation of weapons and explosives.
- Create a user-friendly interface for information verification and shared use.
Applications for participation in the tender can be submitted until December 6, 2024.
