Modernisation of the Unified State Register of War Veterans: tender announced
Within the framework of the European Union-funded DT4UA project, the e-Governance Academy (Estonia) announces a tender for services to modernise the Unified State Register of War Veterans and create an electronic service for granting/acquiring the status of combatant in Ukraine.
The purpose of the procurement is to automate the process of granting/acquiring the combatant status, which will save time for the military who took part in combat operations during the full-scale invasion and other military conflicts. The procurement objectives include:
- Creation of a module for submitting and processing e-applications and processing information on the combatant status.
- Integration with central state databases for data verification.
- Improvement of the user administration system and ensuring proper control over the process of granting statuses.
Tender proposals are accepted until 12.00, 14 August 2024.
