Modernisation of the Qualified Electronic Signature Verification Service: Tender Announced
The e-Governance Academy (Estonia), within the DT4UA project funded by the European Union, announces a tender for services to develop software programs to upgrade the State Electronic Service for Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) Verification.
The purpose of the Procurement is to ensure that the QES Verification Service meets international standards and eIDAS Regulation requirements while enhancing user functionality. The result will be a modernised service with improved QES verification and validation capabilities, including integration with the EU DSS library.
The contractor is expected to deliver:
- Integration of the EU DSS library for verifying QES signatures created in the EU on the id.gov.ua/verify website.
- Implementation of a verification report in ETSI-compliant formats.
- Development of REST API for service integration with other information and communication systems.
- Modernisation of the user interface with accessibility features and bilingual support (Ukrainian and English).
