Within the framework of the DT4UA project funded by the European Union, the e-Governance Academy (Estonia) announces a tender for the procurement of audit services for electronic trust services provided by the State Enterprise Diia.

The purpose of the audit is to assess the provider’s and its services’ compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council (eIDAS), with the amendments introduced by Regulation (EU) No 2024/1183 (EUDI Framework), as well as Ukraine’s legislation in the field of electronic trust services and electronic identification.

The conformity assessment shall be conducted by a compliance assessment body in the field of electronic trust services accredited in accordance with ISO/IEC 17065 and ETSI EN 319 403-1 (V2.3.1:2020).

The deadline to apply for participation in the tender is 9.00 a.m., 5 August 2024.
