The e-Governance Academy (Estonia), within the DT4UA project funded by the European Union, announces a tender for services to upgrade the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (USEDE).

The procurement’s objective is to enhance existing digital tools for managing education documents by clarifying and updating information, including integration with the Diia mobile App. The result will be modernised USEDE software with a developed web service for electronic interaction, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of education data.

The prospective contractor should ensure:

• Development of a web service using API protocols for integration with information systems via the “Trembita” platform
• Implementation of web service for clarification of education document information
• Implementation of web service for the directory of educational institutions that issues those documents
• Updating data on education documents
• Providing the database technical administrator with reports on the number of requests and their processing results
