Development of the Register of Administrative Offences subsystem for the UIS of the Ministry of Internal Affairs: tender announced
Within the framework of the European Union-funded DT4UA project, the e-Governance Academy (Estonia) announces a tender for the procurement of services for the modernisation of the Unified Information System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (UIS MIA), in particular, the development of the functional subsystem of the Register of Administrative Offences (RAO).
The RAO system should ensure automation of administrative offence data processing, integration with existing electronic resources of the UIS MIA and other government systems, in particular with the Diia Portal. The main goal is to increase the efficiency of monitoring and analysis of offences for reporting and prompt response.
The tender will include the development of new modules of the RAO system:
- The module for registering submitted applications - to store the history of applications and their statuses.
- Data analysis module - for advanced analysis and synthesis of information from other MIA units.
- Interaction Automation Module - for integration with electronic systems and state registers, providing quick access to data.
The procurement also involves automating the processing of data on traffic offences recorded automatically.
The deadline for bids is 13.00, 21 August 2024.
