Development of electronic interactions for the Unified Social Sector Information System: Tender deadline has been extended
The e-Governance Academy (Estonia), within the framework of the DT4UA project funded by the European Union, announces a tender for services to develop interoperability instruments based on the “Trembita” system for the Unified Social Sector Information System (USSIS).
The development of software interfaces for electronic interaction with state bodies such as the State Border Guard Service, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Education, and Ministry of Infrastructure will be used to verify and confirm data on preferential categories of citizens, update address information, and provide data on persons with disabilities. This will help ensure the realisation of citizens’ rights to benefits and payments as stipulated by law.
Within the contract, the following programme interfaces should be developed and provide:
- Verification of a person’s certificate confirming their special status.
- Provision of information on the available preferential categories of the person based on their identifier.
- Verification of a person’s status.
- Provision of data on internally displaced persons (IDPs) and updates to this data.
- Provision of data on persons with disabilities and updates to this data.
Applications for participation in the tender can be submitted until 23 October 2024, at 10:00 AM.
