The bid can be submitted until Friday 13rd December 2024 at 14.00 hrs. the latest.  The contract will be awarded to the highest bidder. Once the highest bidder is contacted for contract award, a 10% down payment in cash (non-refundable) of the offered price must be made within 5 working days for EU Delegation prior to contract signing.
