The EU Delegation to Tajikistan has published a new Call for Proposals for Civil Society Organisations for actions that support promotion and protection of human rights, democracy and fundamental freedoms.

In this Call for Proposals the European Union will allocate a total of 1 855 000 EUR. Applicants may request a grant between 300 000 EUR and 400 000 EUR.

The lead applicant must act with co-applicant(s). However, if the lead applicant is not established in Tajikistan but in an EU Member State or in any other territory, it must act with at least two co-applicants established in Tajikistan.

Following a standardised competitive and transparent evaluation process, the selected projects are expected to start operating after the signature of grant contract and run for a period not less than 24 months and not exceeding 36 months. The deadline to submit the concept notes is 17 April 2024, at 14:00 (Brussels time).
