In the field of employment, the EU supports the Turkish labour market through three fields of intervention (i) decent work; (ii) accessibility of employment services; and (iii) policy-making and implementation processes.

In the field of social policy, EU funding aims to improve institutional capacity for an inclusive society, while improving access for all citizens to quality employment, education and social protection services.
