EU Ambassador Ossowski presented his credentials
During the presentation of his credentials, the Ambassador was accompanied by his spouse, Anjellica Ossowski; his children, Serafine and Anastasia as well as Deputy Head of Delegation of the European Union to Türkiye Jurgis Vilcinskas and Counselor Konstantina Kostova.
Ambassador Thomas Hans Ossowski, who presented his letter of credentials to the President of the Republic of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, on 22 October 2024, paid today a visit to Anıtkabir and laid a wreath to the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Türkiye. The Ambassador was accompanied by his wife and close staff from the Delegation of the EU.
During the ceremony at Anıtkabir, Ambassador Ossowski signed the Book of Honor and wrote the following lines: “We condemn all acts of terrorism. On this very day, we express our heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims of yesterday’s heinous act of terror and extend our solidarity with the Turkish Nation.”
