Two parallel stories taking place in the post-full-scale invasion of Ukraine: Oksana is a psychologist and dance teacher at the Centre for Creativity, a community space in Kosiv, west Ukraine, now repurposed as a hub for volunteers to make soup, salo and camouflage nets for the front lines. Margarita is an artist and volunteer medic who dedicates herself to evacuating wounded soldiers, civilians, and animals, all while continuing her work as a painter.

Marta Hryniuk, Nick Thomas
Marta Hryniuk, born in 1991 in Poland, and Nick Thomas, born in 1990 in the UK, are a director duo based in Rotterdam. They have worked together since 2019 collaborating on films, as well as leading workshops, programming, and assisting in video and sound production. Hryniuk and Thomas are also founding members of WET Film, a cooperative dedicated to film production and distribution.
