Are you a public institution interested in a capacity building opportunity? The European Union's Global Diaspora Facility has just launched a call for proposals for public institutions.

The Capacity Development Lab aims at promoting sustainable development through diaspora engagement by supporting public institutions in partner countries with projects that enhance skills, tools and knowledge.

The deadline for submitting proposals is 15 October.
