The services required are:

• Initial assessment of the Delegation of the European Union to Singapore’s design needs and endorsement of overarching design guidelines including: EU logo and use of logo, colours and use of colours, typography, application of the visual identity for each category of design work (i.e. digital, physical), and copyright.
• Event-linked content planning comprising time-bound targets.
• Event-linked design works, including but not limited to: key visual, project logo, platform-specific social media images and multimedia content:
  • Instagram: stories, feed and thumbnails;
  • Facebook: cover, post and timeline photos, and stories;
  • Twitter: header, in-stream photos and twitter cards;
  • LinkedIn: cover and blog post images;
  • Electronic Direct Mails (EDMs);
  • Email signature, website banners, stage-wide backdrops, pull-up banners, standees/spider banners, posters, adaptation of design for event-linked collaterals such as bags, T-shirts, notebooks etc.
