Call for Corporate Sponsorship for European Film Festival 2024
The EU Delegation to Rwanda will host the annual European Film Festival on 13-17 November 2024 to celebrate and showcase the best of European cinema to audiences in Rwanda.
The European Film Festival (EUFF) is an annual activity organised by the Delegation of the European Union to Rwanda together with resident and non-resident Embassies of the European Union accredited to Rwanda. The festival is organised in Rwanda by the Delegation of the European Union and Embassies of EU Member States. Every year, a wide range of award winning, recent films submitted by Member State Embassies are screened in selected locations.
The EUFF has been designed with the objective to promote European cinema and culture in third countries. In Rwanda, the EUFF has implemented this objective but also continually shaped the content to reiterate Europe and Africa's cultural connections and offers the Rwandan public some of the best and latest cinema productions.
We would like to partner with sponsors that help us celebrate cultural diplomacy and invite in-kind corporate sponsoring to support the success of the event (catering, beverages) or logistical support (sound, screens, projectors, microphones).
Companies and organisations interested to offer in-kind sponsorship (goods and/or services) for European Film Festival should submit their expressions of interest/proposals by 18 October 2024 by email to [email protected]
The EU Delegation will review the applications in line with the eligibility and selection criteria listed below, and contact selected companies/organisations by 19 April 2024 in order to sign a Corporate Sponsorship Agreement. This agreement will determine specific sponsorship terms and conditions, including the provision of exposure and visibility for sponsors.
