MANS and the NGO Our Action are announcing a public call for support aimed at civil society organisations, non-governmental organisations, informal citizen groups, and activists from local communities in Montenegro carrying out their activities outside the territory of Podgorica.

This call is part of the project "Empowering Community Voices: Advocating for Justice and Rule of Law", funded by the European Commission through the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro and implemented by MANS and the NGO Our Action.

The project aims to enhance the capacities of local organisations for effective public advocacy in the areas of the rule of law, transparency, and institutional accountability, as well as to improve governance at the local level. It also seeks to strengthen institutional integrity in local communities and increase citizen participation, particularly by improving cooperation and accountability in the functioning of institutions at the local level.

Additionally, the project will support efforts to enhance citizen engagement in key reforms in the context of Montenegro’s commitments during the European Union accession process.

Through this call, we will fund project proposals up to a maximum amount of €6,000.00.
The implementation period for activities is up to four months.
