1. Prospective bidders will be required to pay a cash deposit of MK 100,000.00 before the commencement of the sale. The deposit is refundable only when the bidder is not successful and forfeited when the highest bidder declines to take up his/her bid for whatever reasons

2.    Deposits can be paid before the auction day by direct deposit into the following MYBUCKS BANK account:

NB: Bring deposit slip as proof of payment on the auction day

      3.     Entry fee – MK 5 ,000.00 per person non- refundable

      4.     Successful bidders shall pay strictly through CASH or Bank Certified Cheques at the fall of the Auctioneer’s Hammer and remove their items same day.
