Baladiyati "My municipality"

Baladyati ("My municipality" in English) refers to the EU's "Recovery, Stability and Socio-Economic Development" programme (RSSD) in Libya, the largest programme ever financed by the European Union in direct support of Libyan municipalities and some of the most vulnerable communities in the country.

Baladiyati works with municipalities across Libya with the aim to improve people’s access to quality public services such as health, education and water and sanitation (WASH). The programme is implemented by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).
