Visa Liberalisation for Kosovo
The long-awaited visa liberalisation for Kosovo is finally becoming a reality. As of 1 January 2024, the holders of Kosovo passports are able to travel to Europe for short-term stays of 90 days without having to apply for a visa. The European Union in Kosovo launched in October the #ExploreEurope campaign which focuses on the joys of traveling and experiencing Europe, to highlight the values that EU and Kosovo share, and to bring Kosovo closer to the EU.
