The Gender Action Plan III (GAP III) commits to promoting gender equality and accelerating progress on empowering women and girls. The EU Office in Kosovo, its Member States, representatives in Kosovo, together with other stakeholders and CSOs, are actively engaged in promoting GAP III in through the Country Level Implementation Plan (CLIP) for Kosovo 

Country Level Implementation Plan focuses on the following areas of engagement: 
-    Freedom from all forms of gender-based violence,
-    Promoting sexual and reproductive health and rights,
-    Promoting economic, social rights, empowering girls and women,
-    Promoting equal participation and leadership,
-    Integrating the women, peace, and security agenda,
-    Green Transition and Digitalization.
