The general scope of service entails:

• Developing the technical project design (detailed building design) based on an existing developed project design.
• Preparing the building permit file and any other legal procedures according to local legislation;
• Preparing of Technical specification for works tender documents;
• Assisting the Contracting Authority in the selection of a Contractor for the works contract;
• Supervising the worksite performed by the Contractor for the works  for the Residence of the EU Delegation in Kenya.

The tender is open only to duly authorised  persons to perform the services and must be able to prove this with valid documentation.
