Objective: The Action will enhance the capacity of Israeli Civil Society Organisations to engage in climate-change policy dialogue at the national and local government level and influence the targets set for Israel’s transition to renewable energies with inclusive decentralized production. This will be achieved through improving the capacity of CSOs and key actors to monitor the implementation of the relevant governmental policies, identify gaps and barriers to effective implementation, and the degree to which these affect marginalized populations; and by conducting research and advocacy for policies and guaranteed budget allocation addressing these barriers.
