A Parliamentary Delegation of the Czech Chamber of Deputies is visiting Iceland to strengthen bilateral relations between Czechia and Iceland. The Parliamentary Delegation is headed by Deputy Speaker Věra Kovářová, representatives from the parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee, and the Czech Ambassador to Iceland.

The Parliamentary Delegation visited the EU Delegation to Iceland and met with the EU Ambassador, Lucie Samcová-Hall Allen. During the meeting they were briefed about EU-Iceland relations.

The Parliamentary Delegation also visited Alþingi, Iceland''s Parliament, and met with the Speaker of Parliament, Birgir Ármansson, as well as representatives of the Foreign Affairs Committee. The Delegation also visited the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
